Answerphone messages are NOT to be left unless you are trying to cancel an appointment and can not get through. Text messages will NOT be answered. Withheld number will not be answered (it is unlikely you are genuinely interested in trusting us enough to dominate you if you don't trust us with your phone number! If you don't want to call from your own phone you can use a payphone.) You should keep your enquiry respectful and brief. Failure to do so may result in us hanging up.
